Which platforms does NoteDM work with?

Instagram Business and Creator accounts today, for comment replies, story mention replies, and DMs. Reel to YouTube cross-posting is in early access on Max, and scheduled publishing to Instagram and YouTube is coming soon.

How does the comment-to-DM automation actually work?

You set a rule on a reel or post. When someone comments (optionally matching a keyword), NoteDM posts a public reply and sends a private DM. The DM includes a button, and your link arrives when they tap it. You can add a follow-gate or a custom multi-step flow. It runs within seconds, around the clock.

Is it safe to connect my accounts?

NoteDM connects through Instagram's official login flow. Your access tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect any account at any time, which immediately revokes access. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

What permissions do you request, and why?

Only what the features you turn on require: reading and replying to comments, and sending DMs. NoteDM never sells your data or uses it for ads. Each permission is listed in the Privacy Policy.

How does affiliate tracking work?

Affiliate earnings tracking is coming soon. Today you can send any link in your DMs, and Pro plans and up include link click analytics.

Does AI Studio cost extra?

Not from NoteDM. AI Studio is on every plan and runs on your own Higgsfield account: paste your Higgsfield API key ID and secret, and generations are pay as you go on Higgsfield. NoteDM doesn't charge for generations.

Do I need a credit card to start?

Can I invoice my clients from NoteDM?
